By Grace Rivas

Zumba holland mi is one of the most interesting forms of dance that has become popular nowadays. It is a type of dance that was invented by the Colombians and made popular by a Colombian instructor brought this dance to other countries. Basically, it emphasizes a lot on Latin dance moves with other variations of dance moves that would really work out a sweat.

Of course in order to learn this popular style of fitness, it is always best to enroll in an official class. However, before one enrolls, he can actually learn some of the basic moves of the trade so he will not be caught off guard. Now just for the beginners out there, these are some simple moves to know of.

The first move that one will be learning in class will be the classic salsa move. Basically, this begins with putting the two feet together and the arms to the sides. After that, bend the legs and then move one leg to the side followed by the other leg and just keep on doing this until he feels the strain that will be on his upper and lower legs.

The second move would be a little bit more difficult as there are more hand and leg movements. Now this involves first bending the knees while also bending the elbows, then shake the arms while still bending the knees. At the same time, put one leg up and turn with the pivoted leg until a full turn has been completed then just keep on repeating the move.

The third step would involve a little bit more rhythm as there are already some feet tapping moves that are involved. Starting from a position wherein the feet are brought together, bring one leg up and start tapping the ground. When that is done, do the exact same thing with the other leg and just keep on repeating.

The last of the basic steps would be the one wherein one would be rotating his hips. Now in order to do this, stand with the feet apart and the knees slightly bent. From there, start rotating the hips and slowly bend further the knees while still rotating in order to go down then straighten the knees again while still rotating the hips in order to bring the body up.

So when one would combine these four basic moves, then he would have a complete workout. If he is inspired by the Latin beats, then he may fling his arms a little bit to get more exercise for the upper body area. From there, he will be taught how to created many variations that stem out from these four basic moves.

So by taking a look at these basic zumba holland mi moves, then one will be able to get an idea of what it is all about. Even though the exercises seem simple, they can actually work up a sweat. It is a fast paced workout that one will enjoy if he likes something strenuous but fun.
