Losing weight is usually associated with not eating very much and being constantly hungry constantly, which is why everyone is so loathed to get it done and if they certainly give it a go, understandably they often fail.

So as you can see, there really is no need to be hungry to lose weight; you are far more likely to maintain your weight if you eat sensibly and often. Eating less food is often detrimental to weight loss not forgetting your health.

A varied, balanced diet in partnership with exercise as well as a little bit of determination and willpower will make sure that you lose weight.
